Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure enterprise-level opportunities through strategic outreach and strong relationship-building.Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, pitching tailored solutions, contract negotiation, and closing deals.Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust multi-sector sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Strategic Insights: Provide input to influence the company's direction and uncover future opportunities.Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth customer transition post-sale.Sales Reporting: Prepare reports, manage tenders, and deliver compelling sales presentations.Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in business development, logistics, or supply chain roles, with a track record of managing complex sales processes.Sales Success: Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently exceed targets.Commercial Acumen: Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities.Communication Skills: Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.Autonomy & Leadership: Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of leading in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Why Join Us?
