Working closely with Finance Business Partners, you will ensure that the Directorate's operations align with SA Health priorities, government policies, and industry best practices. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment to deliver safe, effective, and legally compliant services, while also driving continuous improvement across CALHN's operational plans.This position offers a unique opportunity to lead, mentor, and provide strategic direction to teams delivering essential business support services across CALHN. Your leadership will help shape and implement policies that ensure consistent and high-performing outcomes, whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality customer service and cost-effectiveness. You will also play an important role in staff development, promoting training and professional growth within the Directorate.
