Senior Business Analyt - Commercial Cards

Talenza has been engaged to source an excellent Senior BA for commercial cards team.
Essential experience Business Analyst with 5+ years of business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, value chain / process mapping, system functional / non-functional analysis experience and business case preparation experience Proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirement gathering to solution implementation Proficiency in process mapping and utilisation of tools such as Holocentric Strong facilitation and elicitation skills, with a track record of successfully conducting workshops and extracting critical insights Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process (re)engineering and creation/management of project artefacts Stakeholder Management and Communication: Identify stakeholders and develop and maintain collaborative working relations; elicit and analyse business requirements involving participants from senior management to product and business users Ability to manage own time, working independently and seeking guidance from others where required to meet specified objectives within given deadlines Delivery following Scrum / Agile Ways of Working, including proficiency in related tools like Jira, Confluence.
Commercial cards experience and prior experience as a scrum master would be highly regarded.
Location: Sydney Office attendance: 3 days per week Contract length: 12 months Candidates must have full work rights
