We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow and deliver better outcomes for members.Your new roleReporting to the Senior Manager - Remediation Management, the Senior Business Analyst - Remediation is a critical thinker, an action-oriented problem solver, and an active member of AustralianSuper's 1st line Risk and Compliance team.You will be responsible for restoring Members back to the position they would have been in had the error not occurred. This includes contributing through both independent and collaborative thinking to the design, development & delivery of innovative solutions in line with the remediation lifecycle as detailed below:Analyse incidents to form a view on scoping, methodology, member communication and payment approaches.Document problem statements, consider the factors, and present recommendations to stakeholders and deliver solutions.Define and table remediation and compensation methodology for decision ensuring it includes meticulously documenting rationale for decisions to evidence our requirements under RG277 and results in remediating our Members honestly, efficiently, and fairly.Define and obtain stakeholder approval of member communication and payment plans ensuring this is easy to understand and in alignment with RG277 principles.Build and complete capacity models to identify project resourcing requirements and identification of project impacts on call centres and/or the complaints team.Prepare and progress approval of Funding Business Cases.Utilise existing remediation project end to end experience to identify process improvements to support faster and potentially automated remediation.What you'll needSignificant experience working on Remediation initiatives, defining remediation project plans and managing these from beginning to end.Clear understanding of industry remediation guidance, including RG 277.Previous experience in authoring remediation documents, such as Methodology, compensation methodology, communication and payments plans.Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships.Ability to formulate reports and to provide well-considered options for deliberation by management.Developed written and oral communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, and issues to senior management and obtain a decision.Demonstrated ability and a willingness to highlight to management any project issues and variations.Demonstrated ability to execute on all project deliverables.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and to be flexible and adaptable.Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Life at AustralianSuperAustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
