Working within the operations finance team, this exciting and unique role will provide you with broad exposure to Supermarkets as your role includes results, insights and benefits analysis, driving budget and forecasting processes along with executive reporting working across a broad range of stakeholders.What you'll doAnalyse and report Productivity results, assessing variances and key drivers.Drive and support business understanding and key decision making with analysis elevating risks, opportunities and insights into Productivity.Partner with key operational stakeholders within the National Operations Team and RT3 to optimise end to end performance outcomes.Budgeting and Forecasting. Drive the Annual Productivity Plan process linked to strategy working across both Operations and Commercial teams, maintaining weekly and monthly forecasts, understanding key performance drivers and course correction opportunities.Track and report on key initiatives that form part of underlying labour required for stores.Prepare Board and Executive business performance reporting.Always Improving.
