Senior Business Analyst - Payroll SystemWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading global supply chain company on a 6-month day-rate contract.
This role focuses on payroll system implementations and is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst with payroll expertise to make a significant impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the analysis and documentation of requirements for payroll system implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document work hour assignment processes, time capture mechanisms, and payroll engine requirements.Work with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and ensure successful project delivery.Ensure requirements align with the overall strategic direction of payroll and time capture processes within the organisation. RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in payroll system implementations.Strong understanding of work hour assignment, time capture, and payroll engines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and provide insightful recommendations.High preference for Melbourne-based but open to candidates from Sydney.4 days a week in the office.
