About the role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll deliver key business artefacts about process and related organisational and system change within specified timeframes, regulatory requirements, and benefit tracking to meet the strategic and operational objectives established by the Guild Insurance Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities:
Lead business process analysis across large and smaller projects, documenting detailed processes and system requirements.
Analyse and interpret data to input into business cases that are aligned with project and Guild's strategic objective
Support workstream leaders by identifying process impacts across multiple streams.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to elicit their needs and align business cases with strategic objectives
Drive innovation by developing and designing new business processes and challenging the status quo to find creative solutions.
Apply process improvement methodologies to streamline operations, improve efficiency and enhance customer service.
Collaborate with project and change managers to manage risks and stakeholder engagement and ensure successful project delivery.
Your background and experience:
Recent experience (4-5 years) applying business process modelling and business analysis techniques, methodologies and principles in projects. Experience gained in general insurance, or the broader financial services arena is desirable.
Proven experience engaging stakeholders through facilitating workshops to elicit business requirements.
End-to-end project lifecycle experience, from project conceptualisation through to post-implementation review.
Experience in projects aimed at enhancing customer service, driving business growth, reducing costs, and meeting regulatory requirements
Proven knowledge and experience in managing a variety of small to medium-scale projects focused on Business and Technology change
