This role presents a pivotal opportunity to shape and refine business requirements, lead Discovery Workshops, and contribute to the development of crucial features and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Discovery Workshops aligned with the priorities of the White Label Originating Partners Initiative.Shape and refine business requirements, overseeing the build-out of features and capabilities using JIRA.Document process maps for current state and future state to ensure clear communication and alignment.Collaborate closely with Product Owners and technical teams to manage JIRA traceability from requirements through build, testing, and production phases.Document Acceptance Criteria when capturing business requirements. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a business-focused Senior BA, preferably within lending or related initiatives.Proficiency in translating business requirements into user stories in JIRA.Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at fostering productive relationships.Background in banking or financial services, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics.Ability to work independently, efficiently managing multiple tasks.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
