Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a large Government Department, is looking for 2x Senior Business Analysts for a contract until 30 June 205 with a possibility of extension for a further 2x 12 months.
In this role you will perform the following tasks but not limited to:
Lead strategic planning, gap analysis, and solution blueprint development for future visualisation capabilities. Engage stakeholders at all levels to prioritise, clarify, and convey business needs, supporting ICT solution design and application support. Develop innovative solutions collaboratively, fostering strong, ethical relationships and effective communication with stakeholders. Coordinate and manage complex projects, multitasking across competing priorities and deadlines with demonstrated leadership. Facilitate workshops and document business processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and stakeholder agreement. To be successful you must have the following skills / experiences:
Minimum 5 years continuous experience as a Senior Business Analyst. Experience with geospatial datasets and platforms (eg ArcGIS). Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience with data visualisation. Qualifications and/or proven experience in business requirement development and business process design. High level stakeholder management skills to actively build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply. This is a Canberra based role.
