Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with experience in loyalty programs to join our team, working with a leading FMCG client. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of the loyalty program by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and delivering insights that help optimize customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for the loyalty program. Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems, processes, and data to provide actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and present findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on program objectives. Prepare and present project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and data models. Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and testing. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the loyalty program and contribute to its long-term strategy. Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
