Senior Business Analyst Permanent position Located in Lockleys, SA  Hybrid work from home and office How will I help?
The Mortgage Operations team is on an exciting transformational journey focusing on customer-centric service delivery and simplifying processes through the One Best Way program.
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Continuous Improvement team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business practices across all business units.
You will work with various stakeholders across Westpac Group to identify opportunities for improvement, develop targeted solutions, and deliver innovative outcomes.
In this role, you'll lead business analysis tasks within projects and programs using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, IT, and business process management.
Your ability to communicate, define, and manage requirements through the delivery lifecycle will be crucial in ensuring the success of these initiatives.

What do I need?
We're looking for someone with a passion for business analysis and process improvement.
You should have: 3-7 years of experience in business process improvement, data analysis, and business case preparation.
A strong understanding of business systems strategically and operationally.
Experience leading business process re-engineering or transformation projects.
A background in facilitating workshops with participants from senior management to business users.
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience (desired).
Understanding of operational teams or has led in an operational team (desired).
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) or equivalent certification (desired).
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with project management disciplines will be beneficial.
