Job Overview Implement business process improvement practices, methodologies and tools to assist with streamlining business processes for vulnerability management. Develop or maintain process maps, models, and project documentation; design or change identified business process patterns to support project, program, or service delivery operations; analyze existing business processes to identify issues, mitigate risks, and create improvement opportunities for consideration by executives. Manage and implement changes in close partnership with key stakeholders, including project teams; contribute to project design, governance arrangements, and operational integration; support innovation. Manage and support change and contribute to business improvement strategies; work in collaboration with key stakeholders and cultivate working relationships to ensure service and business improvements; provide specialist, expert advice and feedback to stakeholders in the area of vulnerability management. Consider the impact and risks of business changes on the existing and future business architecture of the company and contribute to findings. Job Requirements Experience in providing business analysis to support large scale ICT projects with specific focus on vulnerability management projects. Experience undertaking current state analysis of Cyber Vulnerability Management arrangements in an organisation and providing recommendations on how to design and implement practices that improve cyber maturity. Strong understanding of industry standards including ISM, PSPF, and NIST to assist business analyst work. Demonstrated experience in developing process maps, road maps, swim lanes, and work packages to describe current and future states. Experience in Cyber Security domain is highly desirable. Strong ability to develop and nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders and work collegiately with others as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve outcomes. Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels including senior executives and external agencies.
