Senior Building Surveyor Permanent / Full Time Perth $90,000 - $150,000 About the company: 
My client is a global property, development and sustainability consultancy who have been in business for over 50 years, with offices in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide
About the role:  Assessment and certification of documentation for building projects; Assessment and inspection report writing; Manage and deliver a broad range of services to our clients;. Ensure compliance with the relevant building legislation; Undertake existing building audits for compliance, essential services , fire safety and due diligence. provide independent specialist advice in Planning, Urban Design, Heritage, Building Regulations and Private Certification Services for Building and Subdivision work. Skills & Experience required:  Exceptional customer service, proven ability to be the face of the organisation to our clients Currently accredited as a Registered Building Surveyor, or Building Consultant Possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of the National Construction Code and the relevant Planning Legislation; Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve disputes; Strong ability to provide detailed reporting; Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; Ideally with RICS qualification or is working towards the qualification Benefits of the role:
