Senior Building Supervisor - New Homes

Our well-respected client, based in Albury, operates a progressive and successful residential building business.
They have a well-respected pipeline of work as well as a large land bank ready for development.

They are currently seeking a Senior Building Supervisor to join their well-established team.
This position will be responsible for managing and supervising Residential Buildingprojects in and around the Albury-Wodonga area.This will include managing subcontractors, staff, site safety, materials, as well as reading and interpreting plans.
The successful candidatewill have previous experience as a Site Manager/Site Foreman in the construction industry and relevant carpentry trade qualifications would be highly desirable. Strong IT, communication and organisational skills are also required. This role is a great opportunity to work with an expanding and progressive business in an important leadership role.
