As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Officer / Sales Executive to join our team in Perth and help us grow our business in the WA area.
Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Officer / Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with car dealerships in the WA area. This role also involves organizing and running 4x4 trade shows, assisting with sales activities in our Perth warehouse, and managing orders through our online webstore and order system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with car dealerships in the WA area.Organize and manage the company's participation in 4x4 trade shows, including planning, setup, and customer engagement.Assist with sales activities and customer interactions in the Perth warehouse.Use the company's online webstore and order system to issue invoices, process orders, and track shipments.Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.Perform other sales and business development-related activities as required.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.Experience in organizing and participating in trade shows or similar events.Proficiency in using online order systems and CRM software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.A valid driver's license is required.Willingness to travel within the WA area as needed.What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
