Senior Aurion Systems Administration OfficerAustralian Trade Commission – Brisbane QLDAustrade is seeking experienced Senior Aurion Systems Administration Officers to fill an ongoing vacancy within the Corporate Systems Team.The Corporate Systems Team (CST) is part of the Digital and Technology Division which sits within the Corporate Services Group. CST is responsible for managing and administering key corporate systems associated with payroll/people, finance/procurement/travel, and strategic reporting in a global environment. As part of the Corporate Systems Team, you will contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of Aurion.You will have experience in systems administration and have the ability to interpret and apply a range of legislation, guidelines, and policies as they relate to HR processes.DUTIES INCLUDE:Plan and drive systems administration projects including user maintenance, environment management, incident resolution, service request management, end user training, report creation and query creation. This will require liaison across branches including work with aligning with the agency's cloud strategy and cyber security framework.Plan and drive the continuous improvement of payroll and human resource processes and practices to ensure efficient and effective operations and alignment with strategic priorities.Oversee and develop, maintain and manage up to date work instructions across the team.Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders, providing appropriate advice and managing the resolution of issues or complaints.Provide technical support to ensure accurate implementation of legislation, Enterprise Agreement/s, policies, and procedures in the operational context of Austrade.Provision of high-quality support to internal and external users and stakeholders.Assist in the Aurion functional enhancements, ensuring upgrades and technical change requirements are maintained.Maintain a high standard of record keeping and system access controls.Participate in and contribute to the success of the Corporate Systems Team by assisting in the establishment of clear work systems and processes, contributing to team planning and a positive workplace culture, engaging in regular feedback and customer service support, and identifying opportunities to enhance team performance in an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and change.What we are looking for:Demonstrated experience in the administration and support of Aurion.Demonstrated experience and knowledge in reporting including extraction, manipulation, presentation, and analysis of data.Ability to manage competing workloads and priorities.Analyse information and recommend improvements and enhancements.Business Process Automation (BPA), Workflow and Surveys/Form experience - preferred but not essential.
