Employing over 4,000 teachers, educators, and support staff, the Department provides a range of strategic policy, regulatory, and support responsibilities. Within the department's Educational Leadership, Culture and Care division sits the Talent, Attraction and Recruitment branch which facilitates the supply of a quality educational workforce to ensure government schools can provide quality education to Northern Territory children. Position Overview: The Senior Attraction Consultant has a significant role in implementing the department's talent attraction strategy to promote the department as an employer of choice, focusing on attracting teachers, principals, and allied health professionals to government schools. In this role: You'll develop and deliver targeted and considered attraction projects, programs, initiatives, and lead generation and awareness campaigns. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing material and write talent attraction copy to ensure consistent and compelling Teach in the Territory brand awareness, that strengthens engagement and leads to job applications. You'll plan and implement events such as online information sessions and attendance at career expos to generate awareness and strengthen engagement with prospective employees. You'll use data to make informed decisions, provide guidance and support to team members, and across the department in relation to attraction strategies and tactics, and build and sustain partnerships with local and national stakeholders. About you: You'll have highly developed knowledge and experience in contemporary communications and marketing with proven ability to develop campaigns to build brand awareness, leading to stronger engagement, user experience, and conversions. You'll have experience or knowledge of attraction practices and/or recruitment marketing, project management experience, and demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication skills.
