The role Crown Resorts is looking for a collaborative and innovative Group Head of People & Culture (P&C) Shared Services to drive excellence in HR services and support our team members across Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract reporting to the Group General Manager of People and Culture. As a key member of our P&C Team, you will be at the forefront of delivering a strategic HR agenda. This role is your opportunity to lead and harmonise P&C operations, influence positive cultural change, and digitise HR processes, ensuring Crown's HR practices are best in class. You will guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, service, and collaboration. What you'll do: Lead and implement innovative P&C programs in a Shared Services model. Oversee and streamline P&C services across Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Drive key group-wide projects to enhance the P&C strategy, focusing on digitisation and process simplification. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and manage talent development programs. Foster continuous improvement across all areas of HR, delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Provide guidance and support to team members and leaders on employment, policies, and HR strategy across all Crown properties. About you: Experience in People & Culture Business Partnering, with a broad industry background. Demonstrated leadership in driving large-scale change within HR Shared Services. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of employment legislation and Enterprise Agreements. Proven success in leading high-performing teams with a continuous improvement mindset.
