We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate with 7+ years of Family Law experience to join our fun and supportive Watts McCray Sydney CBD team.

About the Role: Based in Sydney CBD, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of supportive family law professionals. A typical day will include:

Advising clients in relation to divorce & separation, property settlements, child support related matters, relocations and de-facto and same-sex couples Regular client contact that is empathetic and service and outcome focused Building & maintaining strong client relationships Business development, including building solid referral networks File Management Supporting and supervising junior staff Liaising with our national team with day-to-day matters, including professional practice About You: You will be a Senior Associate with 7+ years' PAE experience in Family Law, goal-oriented, and keen to contribute to our existing success. You should have exposure and experience in running your own cases and file management. You will also have experience in building network referrals and be goal-oriented in achieving exceptional outcomes for clients and the company.

With strong business acumen, you will understand the importance of managing time, achieving commercial outcomes, and be disciplined in debtor and time management. You thrive on creating productive networks and referral relationships in your area.
