About the team Our Public and Product Liability practice group is one of thelargest in Australia, consisting of six Partners. Whilst it is alarge team, team members are not simply a 'cog in the wheel'. Weoffer a supportive, collegiate team where every member has a roleto play and Partners truly care about the development ofindividuals and the overarching team culture.
About the role With a consistent increase in work from some of Australia'slargest insurers, our Public and Product Liability practice grouphave a new opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel tojoin their team.
Working collaboratively with Partners on an interesting mix ofwork, this is a senior position which will see you working directlywith clients, insurers and other Lawyers running matters andattending to all stages of the litigation process with limitedsupervision. You will also be encouraged to participate in businessdevelopment and mentoring of graduates and solicitors in theteam.
About you Ideally, you will be a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, andhave extensive experience with personal injury claims on thedefendant side. 
If you have experience in other areas of insurance such asWorkCover and a genuine interest in personal injury, we encourageyou to apply. We also encourage junior lawyers with over 4 years ofexperience, looking to progress to Senior Associate to apply.
