Senior Associate – Professional Indemnity (Partnership Path)

Job Overview This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to take on more responsibility and have input into managing a practice by joining a small team, working directly with a Partner who has an impressive practice covering professional indemnity, D&O, management liability, property damage, and product liability.
Key Responsibilities Be the right hand to help manage and grow the practice. Work closely with a well-regarded Partner on a diverse range of professional indemnity matters with a focus on the construction industry. Unique opportunity for an insurance lawyer to branch out to front-end construction advisory work. As the right-hand to the Partner, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with clients and help build and manage the practice. This role is ideal for someone with leadership qualities who is looking to step up and play a key role in mentoring junior members of the team.
The focus of the role is professional indemnity with a focus on construction. You'll work with private companies in the construction industry as well as government entities, local and international insurers, underwriters, and brokers. Additionally, the Partner has a front-end construction side practice where you'll have the opportunity to provide construction advice.
