Role Purpose This fantastic opportunity is for a Senior Associate to join our Professional Risks (Litigation) team in our Sydney office. Ideally, you will be a Senior Lawyer with a minimum 4 years PQE.
This role will see you working on a wide variety of insurance law and litigation matters with a focus on professional indemnity and product liability insurance. You will work across different industry sectors, with a particular focus on the sports, leisure and construction industries. This role will provide the successful candidate with an exciting and unique opportunity to work with a highly experienced Principal and Special Counsel whilst being provided with excellent mentoring to develop your career.
About you To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
Minimum 4 years PQE in a Litigation based role in private practice or in-house, and with proven experience in various areas of professional indemnity and product liability insurance Genuine interest in the sports, leisure and construction industries Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work well under pressure Positive, "can do" attitude and willingness to be a key member of a busy, tight-knit team A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career. Personal Qualities Team player Positive and helpful manner Ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people at all levels in the business Strong work ethic.
