We are looking for a Brisbane-based lawyer with 4-6 years of post-admission experience in general commercial litigation to join our team at SA level.

Our Brisbane Dispute Resolution & Litigation (DR&L) team sits within a national practice group that acts for a vast range of clients in areas including commercial disputes and litigation, property, media, technology, mining, energy and resources, royal commissions and commissions of inquiry, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, and startups and emerging enterprises. These clients include national and international clients, listed companies, SME's, private companies and individuals.

The group is led by driven and client focused partners who are recognised amongst Australia's leading commercial litigation lawyers.

About the role
We are looking for a Brisbane-based lawyer with 4-6 years of post-admission experience in general commercial litigation to join our team at Senior Associate level.

About you
As a key member of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation group, you will work closely with our clients on a diverse range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters including:

Contractual and commercial disputes;Property and leasing disputes;Corporations Act, including insolvency disputes;Regulatory matters;Insolvency and recoveries;Information Technology and Intellectual Property 03rd June, 2024 About the team
