We are seeking a passionate Senior Assistant Manager for the ibis Sydney Darling Harbour who will be the second in charge to the Hotel Services Manager for this 256 room hotel with restaurant and bar.

Job DescriptionYou'll be the true second in charge to the Hotel Services Manager of ibis Sydney Darling Harbour, responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, liaising closely with department heads to achieve results.
You will lead from the front to ensure all team members are aligned in providing a high level of guest service and optimising the financial results of the hotel.
This role is the perfect stepping stone for an Assistant Manager preparing to become Front Office Manager.

QualificationsYou have demonstrated experience in Front Office and F&B Operations leadership roles including responsibility for training, menu development/costing, upselling, reporting and guest satisfaction.
Applicants must have full Australian working rights and a valid RSA. A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is preferred but not essential.
