Senior Asset Manager - Industrial

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Asset Manager to oversee and optimize their logistics portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing asset value, ensuring efficient operations, and enhancing tenant satisfaction across our logistics properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the industrial and logistics real estate market.
Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management : Oversee a diverse portfolio of logistics properties, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise property performance and value. Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports for the logistics portfolio. Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Investment Strategy: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities within the logistics sector. Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders, summarising portfolio performance and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in property asset management, with a focus on logistics or industrial properties. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
