Address risks proactively before they become issues.What will your typical day look like?As a senior analyst in Controls Assurance, you will deliver internal audit engagements across various sectors, drive controls assurance and advisory projects, and help our clients identify and manage their risks.Working in a dynamic environment you will build strong relationships across our national team and be given client facing responsibility across a range of projects in multiple industries. We believe in truly understanding the control issues, opportunities, and frameworks for our clients, offering industry insight to help build resilience and readiness in an uncertain and transformational environment.Enough about us, let's talk about you.You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to make the complex simple Proven ability to plan and execute process risk and control projects and critically analyse results to devise targeted mitigation plans and supporting frameworks and tools Strong understanding of business processes and controls and an ability to employ an insights driven approach to controls assessment to enable real-time analysis and informed decisions Proven stakeholder management skills with an ability to lead interactions with the business stakeholders to gather key information Thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment and can adopt different working styles to meet different methodologies and approaches A fast learner and a passion for sharing knowledge with the broader team, keeping up to date with emerging technologies and risks and developing junior internal audit professionals Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CA certificates are preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
