This is an initial3 month assignment, with potential to extend, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Doncaster, offering hybrid work arrangements.

Duties: Assist with the end to end re-deployment processResearch and investigate queries from managers, employees and unionsIdentify and report on emerging employee relations issuesSupport and coach managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes About you: Experience dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issuesExperience providing strategic industrial relations adviceYou are an experienced HR Generalist with knowledge of redeployment processesPrevious experience working in State Government is highly regardedA valid police check or ability to obtain a national police checkMust be triple vaccinated or willing to get the 3rd vaccine You Will Be Rewarded With: Competitive hourly ratesInitial 3 month assignment with potential to extendImmediate start for the right candidate
