Senior Advisor (Strategic Workforce Planning) - Mackay Hospital Expansion Project

The Mackay Hospital Expansion Project at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Advisor (Strategic Workforce Planning) to join their team on a temporary basis.

This position collaborates with team members and the business in the contribution of development, promotion and implementation of workforce planning activities and initiatives.

About the Team:
In July 2022, the Queensland Government announced a $250 million funding commitment to carry out the Mackay Hospital Expansion Project (MHEP).
This vital infrastructure project, which is being expedited as part of the Statewide Capital Expansion Program (CEP), will deliver an additional 128 inpatient beds for the Mackay Base Hospital (MBH).

The district covers an area of approximately 90,000 km² and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine, and Sarina.
