As the Senior Advisor, People you will work with the People team to deliver generalist and project activities across QRA.
In this role you will:
Lead the planning, analysis, and integration of project activities for innovative people-focused programs and initiatives. This includes positive performance management, learning and development, onboarding and induction, reward and recognition, and employee engagement.Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies, plans, and materials to influence and engage the business.Lead the facilitation of forums, workshops, information and training sessions contributing to the delivery of people initiatives in the workplace.Provide expert generalist and specialist advice and business partner support on a full range of generalist people management functions, including the interpretation and application of relevant legislation and Directives.Educate, coach and enable line managers to support effective and proactive people management.Lead the review of employee status in accordance with the applicable workplace Directives.Build and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate working relationships which improve people outcomes for the QRA.Present concise, high quality, and timely correspondence and briefings on a full range of operational workforce matters.Model best-practice establishment management including maintaining accurate human resource management information systems and recordkeeping practices (including Content Manager and Aurion).To find out more about QRA visit our website, or reach out to the contact officer for more information about this role.
