About the Position We are looking to welcome a Senior Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support, oversight of financial management, and leadership support.
Full time opportunity. Position government funded until 31 December 2027 with possible extension. Level 4 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $85,127 – $91,588 + Super. Key Responsibilities: Provide line management supervision, coaching, and development of the Gold Coast administration team. Coordinate clerical and administrative support to programs. Provide a central point of contact for stakeholders supporting day-to-day operations and property management. About You Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a purchasing support/administration role, including purchasing, asset management and accounts payable experience. Demonstrating experience in leading, coaching and developing an administration team. Strong administrative skills with an ability to time manage and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment. Other Requirements Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption. Current driver's licence. Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
