About Us: Offline Campers are looking for a Senior Administration Officer to join our team to build award-winning, Adelaide-made camper trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Ordering of parts, laser cutting, powder coating from multiple suppliers Processing of purchase orders and invoices Phone and email assistance with sales inquiries and sales follow-up Manage service and repair processes with customers Criteria for the Successful Applicant:
Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience Experience and knowledge around accounting software; knowledge of Xero is preferred High-level computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel Positive approach to multiple tasks and ability to handle pressure at various times Discretion and confidentiality High attention to detail Ability to work with minimum supervision and within a small team What We'll Provide You:
