SL Conveyancing is a well-established conveyancing firm with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to providing stress-free property transactions across New South Wales. Our team prides itself on excellent communication and a client-focused approach. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Client Relations:Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.Coordinate client meetings and appointments.Assist with client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.Document Management:Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence.Ensure accurate filing and storage of all documentation.Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Team Support:Support conveyancers and other team members with administrative tasks.Coordinate internal communications and meetings.Requirements:Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably within the legal or real estate industry (but not essential)Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.How to Apply:If you are an experienced administrative professional looking to join a reputable and forward-thinking conveyancing firm, we would love to hear from you.
