Senior Accounts Payable - Temporary

Our client offers a friendly support environment where you will assist the finance team in a predominantly accounts payable role on a temporary basis.
This is a role for someone who likes to be busy and enjoys rolling their sleeves up and being involved.
Job tasks and responsibilities This is a hands-on role and you will be reporting to an experienced Financial Controller.
Your duties will include but not be limited to: Processing a high volume of invoices Coding the invoices to the general ledger in accordance with the different projects Reconciliations of supplier statements to invoices Payments Dealing with email queries Ad hoc duties as requested Skills and experience To be successful for this assignment, you will need: Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers Excellent organisational skills Can-do attitude and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
