Our clients are a highly successful accounting practice who employ over 35 professional staff and 3 partners with modern offices located in Perth CBD.
Due to growth, the partners now require to add to the tax and business advisory team with the addition of a senior Tax/Business services accountant reporting into a highly experienced senior manager.
The partners understand how important a work/life balance is, so are prepared to offer flexi hours on a full-time basis if required (Example: 6.30 am to 2.30 pm) along with fully paid Christmas party, EOFY party, regular social events, work from home 1 or 2 days per week, discounted parking bay, bonus scheme, external training every 3 months from the CA/CPA, regular ongoing training and career development, CA/CPA studies support and exam leave, very low staff turnover with real promotion prospects, and yearly salary reviews.
The office is located in the Perth CBD with modern and healthy workstations.
To Apply: 5 or more years experience as an accountant within public practice Progress toward or completion of CA/CPA qualification Technically sound Ability to work on a wide range of clients in Western Australia and beyond Professional attitude Able to work alone or as part of a team Looking for a long-term career with a highly successful accounting practice Excellent communication skills - must be able to liaise with clients directly in person, on phone, and online.
