As Group Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation. This dynamic position is designed to leverage and extend the financial and commercial expertise of the successful candidate, placing you at the heart of strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: Oversee external financial reporting, management reporting, and operational accounting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Enhanced Financial Controls: Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of financial controls, processes, and procedures, with a critical role in implementing innovative financial systems. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the executive management team to deliver key financial insights and results, enhancing strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners to support the company's strategic goals.
