There is virtually no staff turnover across the firm's multiple offices and they haven't had anyone leave to go to another accounting firm in many years because staff are viewed as the most important asset to the firm. The firm pays for a lot of training including development of staff as people, in addition to development on technical issues. This is a hands-on role, and you will directly deal with clients and assist in the marketing of the office. You will see all the "good work" as it isn't hogged by anyone above you. Your clients will include SME's and large private companies that come from a range of industries.
