We are recruiting for a highly motivated professional to join the National Shared Services Centre joining our centralised credit team as a Credit Support Officer working from our modern office in Parramatta, NSW.This is a fixed term contract, ending on 31 December 2024 working full-time, Monday to Friday.This role instrumental in providing Accounts Receivable administrative tasks to support the Credit team and ensuring compliance with the business's Corporate Credit Policy, Business Rules and Credit Procedures. You will ensure accurate data entry and processing of banking, customer credit claims, cash sales, new and existing master data records and reporting.In your new role, you will be:Responsible for providing administrative support for credit card transactionsCreating New SAP Master Data Records and maintaining existing recordsProcessing credit applicationsProducing Customer Credit ClaimsUploading and attaching reports and other documents to customer account recordsManaging an assigned group of accounts including Cash Sales, Staff, General LedgerAdministering refunds to CustomersReleasing cash receipts and managing incoming paymentsResponsible for Cashflow reporting, processing of debtor journals, creating non-standard InvoicesFacilitating all internal and external correspondenceResponding to customer queries including provision of copy documentation as requiredAssisting the Team Leader and other team members as directedThis role is a great fit for you, if you have: 1-3 years' experience in an accounts receivable or data entry role1-2 years' SAP experience (desired but not essential)Previously managed high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced computer skillsA passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results.A high level of resilience and adaptability to changing situations.What we offer:At Hanson Australia, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
