Position: Senior Account Executive (Insurance Broker)
Location: Sydney/Perth CBD Office
What can you expect? Your role as an SAE is to serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with designated accounts. You will conduct follow-ups on correspondence and work to strengthen and grow account relationships.
You will be responsible for the retention, growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of business containing various client accounts. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of products and services the client holds.

Effectively manage a portfolio of existing High Net Worth clients, achieving retention and growth targets, while maintaining overall profitability and client satisfaction. Strengthen client relationships as a trusted advisor. Develop and convert new business opportunities. Expand the range of products and services held by existing clients.
Respond to and action day-to-day communications in a timely manner Meet agreed portfolio retention rates Achieve financial targets for new and expanded business Follow up on correspondence in a timely manner and work to strengthen and grow account relationships Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects for designated accounts Carry out account management tasks including processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes and endorsements Interact with internal senior professionals and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction Mitigate account concerns or issues encountered, addressing problems in a timely manner and applying judgment as to when and what to escalate to senior level colleagues Report to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction to ensure a mutual understanding both internally and externally Develop and maintain a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities What you need to have: Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent) Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a private client insurance broker Superior Customer Service Skills Effective Communication Skills, both oral and written Strong Literacy and Numeracy Skills Superior attention to detail with strong multi-tasking abilities Ability to prioritize and organize own workload Willingness to build long lasting relationships with clients High level of professionalism with strong interpersonal skills What makes you stand out: Dedicated and client-focused insurance professional with a passion for serving high net worth individuals Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations Experience with High-Net-Worth clients or personal lines Works well in a team or autonomously #J-18808-Ljbffr
