Seeking a People & Culture Manager - Help Shape Our Future! - Remote As the People & Culture Manager, you will be playing a critical role in shaping our organisation's future by recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional people.
The People & Culture Manager reports directly to the HealthConsult Partners.
You will work alongside our Partners and Directors in creating the people strategies that support our business model. Specifically, you will play a key role in our goals to (a) hire the best and (b) create a positive work experience.
What might your day look like?
Work with our Partners and Directors to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies for attracting top talent.
Lead the recruitment process, from advertising and screening to onboarding exceptional new team members.
Design and drive initiatives that create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture across our virtual workforce.
Champion the professional development of our team, ensuring everyone has the opportunities they need to grow and thrive.
Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to developing clear growth paths and ensuring a positive off-boarding experience.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives, working closely with senior leaders to reinforce a culture that reflects our values.
Plan and host virtual team events, fostering connection and collaboration across our distributed team.

The People & Culture Manager will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent.
2-4 years' experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including people & culture strategy design, talent acquisition, talent management, EVP, and culture & engagement.
Experience using HR management platforms such as Employment Hero to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
Great ideas and a vision for how to build and sustain an exceptional workplace culture, supported by our leadership.
A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
A solutions-focused mindset, eager to take on challenges and find innovative ways to support our people.

This role can be done from anywhere in Australia and our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
