About the Position: We currently have a managerial leadership opportunity managing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail sites in Redbank, Ipswich.
The Security Supervisor position will encompass coordinating with the control room, rovers, patrol officers and contractor liaison. This position will be looking to manage a number of security officers.
Role Duties Client, Customer and Tenant Liaison Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems Leading and Coordinating a Medium to Large Size Team Managing SOP's Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements) Insert further duties Rostered Hours Above award flat rate 4 days on, 4 days off 12 hour shifts Days & Night shifts We are an equal opportunity employer open to candidates of varied backgrounds who can demonstrate the following skill, experience and aptitudes: Prior experience leading a medium to large security team. Control Room Accreditation preferred but not essential Good written and verbal communication skills is a must. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary will be highly regarded Good internal & external stakeholder management skills will be required to liaise with tenant, property manager/ owner, VICPOL, etc. Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. Must have the ability to work under pressure.
