About the Opportunity Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full Time Security Control Room Operator to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our prominent clients based in Broadmeadows. The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Monitoring of CCTV Management of phone systems IT Duties Providing a high level of security and customer service duties Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance, providing the necessary support Assessing and responding to situations of risk Access control Incident report writing and data logs Rostered Hours 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).

Current Security License Control Room & Monitoring MUST BE ON LICENSE Control Room Experience (2 years +) Current First Aid certificate & CPR Impeccable presentation Flexibility to work rotating rosters Willingness to work nights/weekends Great communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work as part of a team It is essential that you are highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
