Suncare Scheduling Officer - Assessment Services, what's involved in the role?You will provide scheduling support to our Single Assessment Team, ensuring efficient booking of appointments and prompt communication of any schedule changes to both customers and team members.
This is a permanent fulltime role (76 hours per fortnight), Monday to Friday, with 7.6-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 4:36 pm.
Example rosters: Mon - Fri 7.30am - 3.36pm or Mon - Fri 8.30am - 4.36pm
Your key responsibilitiesManage the daily scheduling of assessors, allocating them to appointments based on availability, skillset and customer needsOversee allocation of referrals to meet service agreement requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules, appointments and client informationSupport the Home Support Assessors and their Team Leaders as requiredIdentify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and efficiencyExceed customer expectations at every enquiryAbout youThe successful candidate will have previous scheduling experience as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You have: Diploma in Business Administration, Community Development, or related fieldHigh level knowledge and/or experience of scheduling within a medium to large human services organisation and demonstrated understanding of scheduling principlesHigh level customer service skills and telephone mannerExcellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while meeting deadlinesAbility to maintain confidentialityYou will demonstrate:Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office, have proven experience with database management and have the ability to adapt to changing systemsPrevious experience in Alayacare will be highly regardedMaturity, responsiveness, the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines and be a flexible team playerIndustry knowledge in government funding/programs and salary awards pertaining to aged care would be considered advantageousWhat we offerAt Suncare our people really are our greatest asset.
