Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to replace an existing role based in our busy Wimborne office. The role provides a full bookkeeping service for a portfolio of clients, liaising with Savills Property Managers, staff and clients to meet varying requirements and feed into formal accounts production.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and process all aspects of the bookkeeping requirements for a portfolio of clients. This will include raising and sending demands, maintaining up-to-date occupant / tenancy details, bank reconciliations, processing supplier payments, including allocation of correct VAT coding, and some monthly reporting.
• Liaise with Savills and client property managers throughout the country, leaseholders / tenants and suppliers; dealing with any queries, maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times.
• In addition to the tasks described above, you may be expected to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.

Self-motivation and commitment; a "Can Do" attitude. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to prioritise. Able to work to deadlines and to be adaptable to change. Conscientious and organised. Enthusiasm to provide the highest quality service to clients at all times. Willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to work flexibly, providing cover for colleagues when required. Experience in property work is a bonus; IT proficient, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks. Team Overview
The Savills Client Accounts department is an established and busy team that provides a comprehensive service, incorporating all aspects of bookkeeping and financial reporting to a wide variety of clients. Maintaining client accounts and providing the highest level of service to clients is our core aim, but we also believe that work should be enjoyable and fulfilling. Through strong work ethics, excellent teamwork and forging strong professional relationships, the Client Accounts team is a vital support of other professional and management services provided by Savills across the residential, rural and mixed-use commercial property sectors.
