Would you like to work for an ASX listed business?Do you thrive in SAP?About Our ClientA market leader in their field, our client embraces the ever-changing dynamics of the Technology industry.Job DescriptionCollect business requirements from a range of sources using a variety of methods; clarify requirements and driving factors with stakeholders; accurately describe the problem statement, identified benefits/opportunities and business impact.Use data from a wide range of sources to analyse key trends and make authoritative recommendations that have a significant impact on the business over the short and long term.Work collaboratively to lead and/or contribute to the execution of projects to deliver sustainable outcomes on time and to a high quality, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and appropriate documentation is maintained.Actively identify, map, design and re-engineer business processes opportunities utilising appropriate tools and consulting required stakeholders.Assist in problem management by developing recommended actions, function design and/or process change; identify skill or training gaps.Design and deliver change management activities to support project implementation and successful transition to BAU.May contribute to the development of business cases and define potential benefits; achieve these benefits through development of new or changed processes.Build and maintain strong relationships within and outside the team, working in partnership to understand their needs and constraints, and drive collaborations that are mutually beneficial.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be able to ideally meet the below requirements:Documenting business requirements and conducting in-depth analysis to reach strategic recommendations in SAP Solutions (FICO).Advising and influencing a broad range of stakeholders to certain outcomes.Exposure to project management, delivery and business change methodologies in large and complex projects.Breaking down a problem and engaging with others across the organisation to solve it collaboratively.Demonstrated curiosity and passion, tendency to question the norm and challenge the status quo.Demonstrated confidence and resilience when navigating ambiguity.Retail or FMCG experience.What's on OfferFor the successful candidate, they will be offered great flexibility with the option to work 3 days from home, free parking and the opportunity to collaborate with market leaders.
