Due to an internal transfer, Salvos Stores has a vacancy for the position of Area Manager Gold Coast , overseeing stores around the Gold Coast Area, including Burleigh Heads, Molendinar, Southport, Robina, and more.
This role reports directly to the Regional Manager QLD/NT/NNSW and is a permanent position.

Ideally, you'll have a fashion background and know your brands, and you may also know a thing or two about homewares, furniture, and books.
However, even if you've come from a different retail background, we'd still love to hear from you.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Leading, growing, and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers so they can achieve their results and be the best they can be.
Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided every day, both in-store and online.
Reading, analyzing, and interpreting business reports to deliver on all business targets and outcomes, and knowing the levers to pull to achieve results.
Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandising standards.
Role-modeling a 'safety first' culture in our stores.
Opening new stores and overseeing all refurbishments.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
