Salesforce Business Analyst and Product Owner6-month contractLocation: Anywhere on the East Coast of Australia We are partnering with a Global Salesforce partner working on a groundbreaking project within the federal government. We are looking for multiple people to join this project, one of which is for a Salesforce Business Analyst. In this role you will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals within the delivery community while partnering closely with clients to ensure the successful release and delivery of projects. You will leverage your consulting expertise and Salesforce technical skills to provide implementation knowledge across Salesforce's core tools, products, and offerings.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating to understand and define business requirements, ensuring exceptional outcomes.Requirements Gathering: Analyze, document, and validate business requirements using methods tailored to customer needs.Facilitation and Analysis: Lead workshops, conduct interviews, and create process maps; develop user stories and work within Agile sprint cycles.Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with developers and architects to configure and develop solutions aligned with design standards and business objectives.Best Practice Advising: Provide functional expertise, offering guidance on Salesforce best practices to ensure solutions meet business goals.Team Development: Mentor and support junior analysts to enhance their skills and contribute to team success.This role combines technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive the effective use of Salesforce and support the business in achieving its objectives.
Experience Required Proficiency in core Salesforce clouds and productsExperience configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively.Experience in facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and creating user stories or process maps.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including working in sprint cycles.Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and manage expectations.Capable of balancing technical considerations with business objectives to deliver practical solutions.Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting requirements, presenting solutions, and engaging with stakeholders.Familiarity with project management tools and practices to coordinate tasks and ensure timely delivery.*To be considered for this role you need to be an Australian Citizen AND have NV1 or baseline Clearance* If you match this criteria and would like to know more, please apply with an updated CV and we will be in contact.
