The next generation of revenue excellence is here…are you ready to achieve remarkable with us?About The TeamClari's Business Applications (BizApps) Team is composed of administrators and developers responsible for Clari's CRM strategy, managing application governance, and setting and evaluating the metrics of application strategy success. The Business Applications Team collaborates closely with Salesforce Champions across the business to prioritize the GTM needs to move Revenue teams forward.About The RoleThe Business Apps Admin II will assist with the ongoing development of our Salesforce and supporting application deployment. The successful candidate will have good technical skills and multitask, be self-sufficient, be confident, think ahead, communicate effectively, and have good soft skills. The Business Systems Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. The Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, clearly document technical requirements, processes, and solutionsDesign, configure and implement flexible, scalable, and robust solutions to meet the dynamic needs of various teams, always adhering to best practicesProvide day-to-day Salesforce support as neededDesign, configure and administer SFDC Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Lightning Layouts, Custom Actions, and Validation RulesProvide accurate estimates for sprint/project work; taking into consideration the complexity, risk, and dependencies for timely execution and deliveryActively participate in bi-weekly sprints and releases with minimal supervisionProactively oversee one or more stakeholder relationships and build strong partnerships with multiple teamsInfluence business and technology leaders on creating and promoting change to improve existing business processes and increase ROI and overall effectiveness using Salesforce and its pluginsSupport the integration of third-party applicationsQualifications2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator including technical implementation, day-to-day operation, long-term projects and org maintenanceSalesforce Administrator (ADM201) certified and/or Platform App Builder certificationExperience with unit testing, deploying change sets from Salesforce sandbox environments, and familiar with common software development practices and methodologiesExcellent project management skills and a positive attitudeCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsExperience with projects in which you manage databases, analyze data, or design the databases themselvesExperience with data mining and data cleansing techniquesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and proceduresPerks and Benefits @ Clari Team-bonding activities and company-wide eventsFlexible working hours Annual Well-being and Professional Development StipendsPrivate Healthcare and Multisport PassPaid maternity and paternity leaveStock optionsYou'll often hear our CEO talk about being remarkable.
