Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Activities
A glimpse of what a normal day would look like includes:
Engage with customers via phone and email. Processing of customer orders, credits, and shipping documents. Manage MOQ and backorder issues. Maintain the CRM database. Manage and update various order processing portals and applications. Provide necessary administrative support to the Sales Team.
