Description: Position Purpose
The sales team members have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have an ability to sell.
The role is responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The sales team is responsible for maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
Key Accountabilities Sales
Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services offered and discuss available options with customersAssist customers with their product selectionExecute Barbeques Galore's care sales process to maximise transaction value and profit to meet sales targets and KPIsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, product knowledge and after sales support.Collaborate with other team members to improve sales and service and a strong customer focused culture.Store
Maintain a clean and organised store environmentUndertake store and stock housekeeping activities as advisedMaintain and apply a working knowledge of store policies and proceduresQuality
Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services offered.Report all customer complaints and service requirements to appropriate team members in a timely manner to minimise customer dissatisfactionAdhere to rostered working times and communicate with management regarding availability.Carry out other duties as delegated by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.Identify any potential hazards to health and safety and where practical and safe remove these hazards.About you
