Campbellfield (VIC), Australia | req18468 Great opportunity for an individual that is passionate about customer service and sales to join our team in the Campbellfield store to support SPW/BOC customers with an enjoyable experience before and after they buy and use the products or services we offer.
What you will enjoy doing
You will be in charge of phone and counter sales processing customer orders, responding to requests for information and pricing.
Follow-up on all sales and technical enquiries to maximise sales success - liaise with Key Account Manager and Manager for approval when discounts and/or irregular quantities are requested.
Apply reasonable judgment when making decisions and liaise with senior colleagues when required.
Promotions and up-selling of new products and initiatives as required.
Development and upkeep of in-store displays and promotional material is part of your role.
You will be responsible for stock management and the dispatching and receiving of goods.
Safe manual handling of gas cylinders is required.
Have an interest in learning about welding/industrial products.
What makes you great
You have experience in a retail sales environment.
Strong focus on customer service and team player mentality is required for this role.
You are confident in presenting our wide product & service range to our customers.
Excellent time management skills suit your profile.
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Industrial and safety equipment knowledge would be highly advantageous.
Proven commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
